Our Athletic Strength Program is designed primarily for young athletes that are aspiring to build strength, speed, and endurance. Our CEO, Marcel Thom, not only has coached young adults and professional athletes on his program, but he was also a standout track and football athlete in both High School, and at the University level before his 20 year career in the United States Air Force, where he was also a Unit Fitness Program Manager (UFPM) and a Physical Training Leader (PTL).
