I have earned full Resuscitative Medicine Program credentials through the American Heart Association/ Military Training Network, to administer adult CPR & AED, along with Child CPR & AED. The Military Training Network is an authorized provider of all American Heart Association ECC courses.
The skills that I’ve learned while achieving this certification, are insurmountable. I instruct all of my team members that both the body and the mind are inseparable, and should both be ‘exercised’ on a continuous basis.
As a prior US Air Force Unit Fitness Program Manager, and Physical Training Leader, I was entrusted by higher leadership at the Air Force level to ensure that my unit was in compliance with United States Air Force Physical Training policies, and standards, such as scheduling personnel for testing, administrative duties such as tracking test scores, and ensuring that individuals who are not successful on testing, are directed to the appropriate fitness agencies on base to achieve their desired fitness goals. As a certified trainer via the International Sports Sciences Association, I also enabled service-members who were unsuccessful with previous fitness assessments, re-accomplish and exceed ALL future physical fitness testing!
